Release Coatings
PAT®-346 is a concentrated release coating for HPL production that prevents phenolic-impregnated core sheets from sticking to each other and press plates, can be applied directly wet-on-wet after impregnation, and provides a cost-effective, environmentally friendly alternative to release papers while reducing material, handling and disposal costs.

Pigment Dispersions
PAT® pigment dispersions improve the opacity of decorative papers and can help reduce costs by increasing filler content during impregnation. Available in both titanium dioxide (TiO₂) and TiO₂-free versions, the range also includes TiO₂-free options such as PAT®-70/TO, which can be easily incorporated into UF and MF resin systems during paper impregnation.

Cleaning Agents
PAT® cleaning agents are designed to effectively remove resin and pigment build-up from press plates and metal surfaces without causing damage. They can be applied to hot or cold surfaces, left to work if required, and easily rinsed off with water to restore clean press conditions. Cleaning papers such as GlossPlus can also be used during normal press cycles to remove deposits efficiently.
